•Sort out orientation and onboarding of new students and instructors

•Arrange competitions, performances and trips

•Costume design and implementation

•Produce an annual dance recital and various community events

•Provide amazing customer service to students, parents, theatre patrons and vendors

•Attend various team building meetings and grant workshops with various dance organizations
